Parking Operators

You already know it's full.
Now know why.

Barrier counts tell you a number. DisplayPulse turns your existing CCTV into live occupancy and dwell analytics — per site, and rolled up across your whole portfolio.

The problem

"It's full" isn't an insight — it's an observation.

Most parking operators know occupancy from a barrier counter or a manual walk-round, but have no dwell data, no historical pattern, and no easy way to compare utilisation across sites. Decisions about pricing, staffing and capacity get made without the numbers behind them.

  1. 01
No dwell insight Barrier-based counts show how many are in, not how long they stay or when they turn over.
  2. 02
No cross-site view Every site reports occupancy differently, if at all — no consistent way to compare a portfolio.
  3. 03
Cameras already there, unused Most sites already have CCTV covering entrances — most of it isn't being used for analytics.
What you can measure

Live available spaces, dwell and utilisation — from cameras you likely already own.

Live available spaces

Real-time available-space count for the site, calculated from entrance and area cameras — not a per-bay sensor grid.

Utilisation & dwell

How full a site runs by hour and day, and how long vehicles typically stay — the pattern behind the number.

Reuses your CCTV

One edge device per entrance or camera feed, not a sensor per bay — a lighter, cheaper install than a full sensor retrofit.

Cross-site rollup

Occupancy and utilisation across every site in your portfolio in a single dashboard, from Intelligence.

What this isn't: DisplayPulse is occupancy analytics, not a guidance-sign product — we tell you and your systems how full a site is; we don't sell or install the signs that tell drivers where to park.

Parking, answered plainly

Do I need a sensor on every parking bay?

No. DisplayPulse uses one edge device per entrance or per camera view, not a sensor per bay — it reuses your existing CCTV where possible to calculate live available spaces and occupancy for the whole area.

Does DisplayPulse control barriers or guidance signs?

No. DisplayPulse is an occupancy analytics platform — it tells you how full a site is and why, in real time and historically. It does not sell or control guidance signage or barrier hardware.

Can I see occupancy across multiple car parks in one place?

Yes, from Intelligence — cross-site rollup gives you a single view of occupancy and utilisation across every site in your portfolio.

Does DisplayPulse store faces or recognise individuals?

No. All AI runs on the device at the edge. Video is analysed locally and immediately discarded — only anonymous, aggregate numbers ever leave the device. No images are stored and no individual is identified. It is anonymous by design and GDPR-ready.
