Privacy, answered plainly
Do you use facial recognition?
No. DisplayPulse does not identify individuals. Demographics such as age band and gender are estimated anonymously and in aggregate, on the device, and no face template is stored or matched.
Where is the video processed?
On the edge — on the AI Processing Unit or the display’s own SoC. Video is analysed locally and discarded in memory; only anonymous numbers are sent to the cloud dashboard.
How long is data kept?
Your anonymous, aggregate data is retained for as long as you subscribe. On lapse there is a 90-day grace period before deletion.
Is a DPA available?
Yes. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request, and any advanced capability with a stricter lawful-basis requirement is contract-gated before it can be switched on.
